The Electronics Reuse Conference, formerly the International Computer Refurbisher Summit, is North America’s sole computer and electronics refurbishment conference. The conference provides an opportunity for people around the world working in the areas of computer refurbishment and repair, assets management, electronics recycling, and digital inclusion to come together to network, build business relationships, discuss best practices, and learn new techniques for refurbishing and recycling electronics efficiently and cost-effectively.

Nope. There's no fee to participate in the ERC Repair Off, however, participants must be registered for the E-Reuse and E-Scrap Conference.
The ERC Repair Off was founded as a place to experience and preview what's next and new in the repair landscape. The skills that are on display as part of the ERC Repair Off play a crucial role in showcasing various repair practices.For many participants, this is a launchpad to notoriety that can change the trajectory of their business. Some well-respected industry leaders that have been winners and participants are Chad Johansen, Robert Miranda, etc.
The pairing of the repair and reuse communities offers unique benefits to all diverse repair communities. The competition is a great opportunity for repair professionals seeking market exposure, investment, and potential strategic partnerships.
The ERC Repair Off is open to all E-Reuse and E-Scrap attendees.
The ERC Repair Off Advisory Board, consisting of repair industry experts and business owners, will review each application to make sure they meet requirements, and review each entry to decide which businesses should be selected as participants.
The evaluation of each company is based on many factors, but the five main criteria are:
Applicants will receive an email notification from the Electronics Reuse Conference regarding their application status in September 2023.
If your application is not accepted, you will be given the opportunity to register to attend ERC at the lowest available rate for the year. More details on additional participation opportunities for applicants will be available in the coming months.
The judging panel will be composed of repair professionals, successful business owners, and members of the industry who will effectively evaluate each participant based on their unique experience in the repair.
